It’s back to school season, and that means the Fit Foodie Cooking Club is back in action! This month, we are making delicious air fryer steak bites and turning them into satisfying bowls with a side salad and crispy potatoes. Are you wondering what Fit Foodie Cooking Club is all about? For September 2024, we are excited to share the details with you. This recipe is perfect for a balanced weeknight meal serving 4-6 people. The air fryer steak bites are marinated in a delicious mix of salt, pepper, brown sugar, worchestershire, and avocado oil. The fingerling potatoes are air fried to crispy perfection after being tossed in salt, pepper, dried thyme, and avocado oil. The simple salad consists of romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
Don’t forget the green sauce made with cilantro, parsley, garlic, shallots, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and feta. It adds a creamy touch to the steak, potatoes, and salad.
