Sharing our experience at Aulani, the Disney resort in Hawaii and if it’s worth it! Hey there! How was your weekend? Ours was pretty busy but good, still getting back into the school routine after some amazing trips this summer. We had the opportunity to visit Aulani in Hawaii, which was a dream come true for us. After a previous missed trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we finally made it there, and it exceeded all our expectations.
Aulani is a perfect blend of Disney magic and Hawaiian beauty. From the delicious food to the impeccable service and breathtaking views, it truly offers the best of both worlds. We are huge Disney fans, having visited their parks multiple times and taken Disney cruises, so Aulani was a must on our list. The Aloha spirit combined with Disney’s top-notch customer service made our stay unforgettable.
Dining at Aulani was a treat, with various options to cater to all tastes. From buffet-style meals at Makahiki to upscale dining at ‘Ama’Ama, there’s something for everyone. Quick service spots like Ulu Café and Mama’s Snack Stop provided convenient options for a quick bite.
The pool area at Aulani is a highlight, with a lazy river, water slides, and pools for all ages. The Keiki Cove splash zone was perfect for our younger ones, while the Infinity Pool offered a tranquil escape for adults. The private snorkeling reef, Rainbow Reef, was a hit with our family, with colorful fish and a safe environment for snorkeling.
Character greetings at Aulani added to the magic, with familiar faces like Mickey and Minnie dressed in their Hawaiian attire. The KA WA’A Luau was a standout experience, blending Hawaiian storytelling, music, dance, and a delicious buffet dinner.
Overall, staying at Aulani was a fantastic experience. The activities and amenities catered to all ages, the staff’s hospitality was exceptional, and the resort was impeccably clean. If you’re looking for a magical family vacation with a touch of Disney charm, Aulani is definitely worth it. We highly recommend it!
