Free 7 Day Healthy Meal Plan (June 10-16)

Let’s celebrate dad with some delicious meals hot off the grill! Whether your dad loves steak, burgers, or fish, I have a meal plan that will make him happy.

As we honor fathers on this special day, I want to express my gratitude to all types of dads – biological, stepdads, adoptive dads, father figures, and dads-to-be. Your love, support, and guidance make a significant impact in our lives. Happy Father’s Day!

If you’re new to my meal plans, I’ve been sharing these free, 7-day flexible healthy meal plans that are meant as guides. You can add more food or swap recipes to suit your preferences. You can also search for recipes by course in the index. Depending on your goals, aim for at least 1500 calories per day.

There’s a precise, organized grocery list that will make shopping easier and less stressful, saving you time and money. Lastly, join my Skinnytaste Facebook Community to see what everyone is making!
