Ingredients:

– Rolled oats or quick-cooking oats
– Peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
– Chia seeds
– Maple syrup (or honey/agave)
– Almond milk (or any milk of choice)
– Greek yogurt (optional)

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in a glass container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. For a creamier texture, blend the ingredients in a high-speed blender before refrigerating. Customize your oats with add-ins like mashed banana, protein powder, or mini chocolate chips.
