Crispy Butter Beans are a nutritious and delicious snack or appetizer, perfect for dipping in a fresh lemon-herb green sauce. Even picky eaters will love these crispy beans, making them a family favorite.

This healthy snack recipe transforms butter beans into a crunchy treat by baking or air frying them. The air fryer creates a super crispy texture, but you can also bake them in the oven for a similar result.

Butter beans, also known as lima beans, are packed with protein, fiber, and essential nutrients like manganese, copper, and vitamin C. They are easy to make, budget-friendly, and suitable for various dietary restrictions.

To make crispy butter beans, toss drained beans with olive oil, salt, onion powder, and smoked paprika before cooking. For the lemon-herb green sauce, blend parsley, mint, lemon zest and juice, red chili flakes, onion powder, salt, olive oil, and bean liquid until smooth.
