This healthy and delicious Slow Cooker Chicken and Lentil Soup is a simple dump recipe that requires no sautéing. It is high in fiber and protein, making it a comforting and nutritious meal option. With just a few easy steps, you can have a hearty soup ready to enjoy.

To make this slow cooker lentil soup, gather ingredients such as green or brown lentils, boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, chicken broth, Rotel diced tomatoes, carrots, sofrito, turmeric, cumin, adobo seasoning, salt, and pepper. You can also customize the soup by adding extra vegetables or adjusting the spices to suit your taste.

Simply put all the ingredients in the slow cooker, cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours, shred the chicken, and adjust the seasoning if needed.
