1. **Mattress**: Clean every 3-6 months, replace every 7-10 years.

2. **Pillows**: Wash every 4-6 months, replace every 1-2 years.

3. **Sheets**: Wash weekly, replace every 2-3 years.

4. **Comforters and Duvets**: Wash every 3-6 months, replace every 5-10 years.

5. **Humidifiers and Dehumidifiers**: Clean weekly, replace filters as recommended.

6. **Air Purifiers**: Clean or replace filters every 3-6 months.

7. **Throw or Area Rugs**: Vacuum weekly, deep clean every 6-12 months.

8. **Lampshades**: Dust weekly, spot clean stains as needed.

9. **Fans**: Dust fan blades every 1-2 months to improve air quality.
