3. Artificial Flavors

Manufacturing artificial flavors is a secretive industry with unknown chemical compositions.

4. Artificial Preservatives

Preservatives like BHA, BHT, and others are linked to allergies and cancer.

5. Trans Fats

Trans fats have numerous health risks and are best avoided.

6. Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)

MSG can worsen brain-related conditions and should be avoided.

7. High-Fructose Corn Syrup

High-fructose corn syrup can lead to liver issues and obesity-related disorders.
