4-Week Boxing Challenge, Beginner-Friendly | Well+Good

Just like Rocky Balboa, you too can transform from zero to hero with our 4-week boxing challenge. Get ready to train, sweat, and succeed with a program designed for beginners. Led by Bobbie Jo Davis, CPT and trainer for Rumble Boxing, you’ll learn how to jab, cross, and hook like a pro. This program is suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to boxing or looking to hone your skills.

Throughout the month of August 2024, follow our monthlong boxing program to build your skills and confidence. Each day, you’ll have 3 rounds of boxing combos or strength exercises to complete. On Sundays, finish the week with a 20-minute workout incorporating all the moves from the previous days. By the end of the challenge, you’ll have the tools and techniques of a seasoned boxer.

Boxing offers numerous benefits beyond just physical fitness. It improves cardiovascular efficiency, strength, and agility while also sharpening cognitive function and reducing stress. Plus, it’s a dynamic workout that will leave you feeling powerful and sweaty.

Join our Movement of the Month Club on Facebook to connect with a supportive community and stay motivated. Learn the basics of boxing, from proper stance to throwing punches, and progress through the program week by week. Take it one step at a time and use any mistakes as opportunities to learn and grow.
